What next after Paris? Feedback and plans

More than 60 people came to the “What next after Paris?” meeting on 19 January 2016.  It was great to have such enthusiasm  from People and Planet as well as SCA members who were in Paris – not about the official talks, but about the climate justice movement. Here is a summary of the presentations from that evening, which included a critique of the official talks and photos of the actions for climate justice (and see more photos here). Here are a five-minute film of the COP21 actions, and a Friends of the Earth International video report from Paris.

Our plans in Sheffield are under 3 headings “Keep Fossil Fuels in the Ground”, “Create  Alternatives” and “Build our Movement” – we heard 20 amazing one-minute pitches from our member organisations to tell us their plans.
